For group sessions, no equipment is needed — just a mat and your body weight. For 1-on-1 coaching, Sruthi will design your plan based on whatever equipment you have access to, whether it's a full gym or just resistance bands at home.
Group sessions are live on Zoom, 4 times a week at scheduled times. For 1-on-1 coaching, you get a personalised plan delivered via WhatsApp, plus weekly video check-in calls to review progress and adjust your programme.
Absolutely! Sruthi works with all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. Every exercise comes with modifications, and your plan is adjusted based on your current ability and goals.
Yes! You can upgrade from Group Training to 1-on-1 Coaching at any time. The difference in cost will be adjusted for the remaining period of your plan.
Group Training includes general nutrition guidelines. With 1-on-1 Coaching, you get a fully personalised meal plan tailored to your goals, dietary preferences, and any health conditions like PCOD/PCOS.
